Gold Foil Floral Note Cards

By Cards, Planner Stationary & Accessories

Hi All,

Welcome back! I’m on that summertime floral kick once more! Here’s a card using a similar pink and yellow themed floral but with a slight change. The black brush strokes are now replaced with whimsical little hearts – did you notice?! This pattern is typically not something I would gravitate towards, but the use of lots of white space and those fun little hearts made it incredibly fun to work with.

For this card, I broke out a 6×6 pad of kraft papers that I have and gold foiled some stripes on to it. I then trimmed down those pieces to give my card what I like to call ‘suspenders’! Just below those suspenders (lol) I have a gorgeous embossed floral that I used on the base of my card. I feel like it resembles white lace on this project. Very classy indeed!

Here’s a peek at the interior of the card as well.

Hope you enjoyed reading about my latest card and I will be back tomorrow with another project!

Summer Time Floral Note Cards

By Cards, Planner Stationary & Accessories

Hi All,

Welcome back! Today I’m bringing in a splash of some summer colors. These soft pinks and lemon yellows just make me smile. These cards coordinate so beautifully with the cards I have been sharing previous days. I don’t know what it is about these floral patterns, but I can’t seem to get enough!

It’s all about the details with this card. I choose to start it off with an embossed dot card base and some small strips of turquoise green and kraft brown to pull in some extra color. The pattern itself is so unique to me in that it has several ‘patches’ of black brush strokes – it’s quite stunning in person. To finish off the card I added a gold cord and tied in a bow.

Here’s a look at the interior of the card as well.

I love these clean and simple cards! They make great gifts for everyday events!

Thanks so much for stopping by and I’ll see you again real soon with a new project.

Bold & Bright Floral Note Cards

By Cards, Planner Stationary & Accessories

Hi All,

Welcome back! If you’ve been joining me each day to get a peek at the newest styles of my note cards — hello! If you are a first-time reader, don’t forget to check previous posts (or the gallery) to get a peek at all the new cards that have been released this summer.

As many of you may have noticed, I have been cranking away at creating some elegant, classy, everyday use type of cards. I can honestly say I am having a hard time choosing a favorite. I am loving so many different sets.

These cards are a bit more of a tropical feel. The colors are bold and bright and incredibly pretty to look at in person. I stuck with the embossed card base and gold cord again (like other cards).

This color combination just gives me such happy feels — it’s so many of my favorite colors in one pattern!

Here’s a look at the interior of the card – since the card is embossed, there is a beautiful debossed pattern on the back.

Thanks so much for stopping by! I’ll see be back soon with another set to share with you!

Navy and Pink Floral Note Cards

By Cards, Planner Stationary & Accessories

Hi All,

I’m back with another note card to share with you today. I don’t know what it is about this card but it just feels so nautical to me. It doesn’t have any sort of ‘traditional’ nautical elements, but I think the color scheme just plays off that style in many ways. The card has a beautiful gold, navy blue, and soft pink color combination. I typically don’t reach for these colors, but there was something that jumped out at me when I had the navy and pinks sitting near each other on my desk.

Like several cards I have previously shared, I embossed this one too. I can’t seem to get enough of this floral dry embossing. I also have continued the use of the gold cord as you can tell! This time, I decided to make a bow and tie off the loose ends in a simple knot.

Here’s a look at that elegant debossed image on the inside of the card.

Hope you enjoyed another look into my note card series. I’ll be back with another card real soon!
